Join me on an exercise and plant-based eating experience that will boost the quality of your life.
The May 2021 challenge will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two weeks, starting on May 3rd at 8pm EST. The exercise classes will be 20 minutes long. The theme will be more cardio, lose weight and drop blood pressure.
